Feedback is communicated to duty bearers
Feedback from citizens/patients is communicated to duty bearers for necessary action to be taken.

Verification
Feedback from citizens/patients will not be escalated unless the truth or otherwise of the issue have been verified from the health facility.

Reports/Feedback/Policy/Advocacy
Quarterly reports on feedback collated from clients will be analysed and submitted to consortium members and Ministry of Health for advocacy.
